Jair K. Lynch Instructs REAP DC Spring 2018 Class

REAP (Real Estate Associate Program) returns to Washington DC with a 10 week program this spring. Jair K. Lynch was requested to participate in the program by presenting the class on “Public Private Partnership”. The class was held on Tuesday, May 1^st from 6pm – 9pm.
