Carver Terrace Apartments were acquired by Jair Lynch and Nuveen Real Estate with support from the Amazon Housing Equity Fund. Together with their collective support, Jair Lynch is preserving 312 affordable housing units for households earning between 30% and 60% AMI, with intentions to extend that rent restriction for all units through a LIHTC re-syndication.
