Jair Lynch recently developed Entwine in the historic Takoma neighborhood of DC. This $56 million project broke ground in 2018. The project provides 129 units of affordable housing including 24 permanent supportive housing units serving individuals and families transitioning from homelessness and making no more than $35,160 (30% median family income). The project received a capital award from the District Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) in 2019 in the amount of $13 million from the Housing Production Trust Fund/Housing Trust Fund and $11 million in 9% LIHTC equity. In addition to DHCD, financing partners on the project included the LIIF, DCHFA, Wells Fargo, Walker and Dunlop, and Freddie Mac.
