JL Hires New Acquisitions Analyst – Matthew K. Potolicchio

Mr. Mattthew Potolicchio is an Acquisitions Analyst with Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners. His primary responsibilities include developing financial models and pro formas to evaluate potential acquisitions and development opportunities for multifamily, office, and mixed-use assets, conducting and sourcing market research and analysis, monitoring project due diligence, and assisting in deal closing requirements.

Prior to joining Jair Lynch, Mr. Potolicchio worked as an analyst on the investment sales teams at JLL and CBRE in Washington DC. At JLL, he focused on the sale of office and mixed-use assets in the DC Metro area. At CBRE, Mr. Potolicchio focused on the sale of office and industrial buildings leased by federal, state, and municipal tenants across the country.

Mr. Potolicchio holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
