Jair Lynch, in partnership with Bozzuto Homes, developed the Berkshire15 apartments. The 96-unit building delivered in 2016 and was sold to Berkshire. The boutique project married modern design with its historically rich location. The nine-story building was designed with a series of simple, geometric volumes that have been carefully articulated to respond to the lively character of the surrounding site. Careful consideration has been made to couple the area’s historic nature into a more modern design featuring a combination of tan brick, glassy bays, and metal accents. The transit-oriented development will have great access to unlimited nightlife, dining, and shopping with convenient access to Metro and bus routes.
