Jair Lynch provided development management services to the Center of Community Change, a non-profit community organization with service centers throughout the nation. Jair Lynch assisted the Center for Community Change in the purchase of a new headquarters building in Washington, D.C. The building, located on the historic U Street corridor, provides office space for more than 50 professionals, in addition to conference rooms and ancillary space.
