Jair Lynch provided development management services to the Charter School Development Corporation (CSDC) to redevelop and renovate a former DC Public School into two charter schools: Options Public Charter School and Sasha Bruce Public Charter School. The completed facility houses classrooms, a cafetorium, computer lab, and other program and support services. Jair Lynch successfully managed the development of the first 10,000 square foot phase for Sasha Bruce PCS in time for its opening in August 2003. The second 46,000 square foot phase involving design and renovation of the historic main building in this Capitol Hill neighborhood, was completed in 2004.
