Jair Lynch serves as the development manager for the design and development of an additional school building to KIPP DC’s MC Terrell Campus. The project includes interior renovations to the existing building including upgrades to the cafeteria and gymnasium and a connection to the new 20,000 square foot early childhood education school. The project includes an entire site redevelopment to include additional parking, multipurpose field, and outdoor play space. Delivered August 2021.
