Jair Lynch serves as development manager and financial advisory for the design and redevelopment of a former DC Public School for the See Forever Foundation’s Maya Public Charter School Campus and adult learning center. The three-phase, 112,000 square foot project completely renovated the specialized program space, cafeteria, administrative office space, and auditorium. Jair Lynch managed the complex process, which included structuring and securing project financing, providing swing space for 200 students to modular trailers while completing the work on the middle school and the in-place renovation for the high school during the school year. Prior to this project Jair Lynch managed the sale of one of See Forever’s buildings that help provide funding for the renovation. Final delivery is 2015.
