Jair Lynch, in partnership with AHD, Inc. and Franklin Capital Group, completed the development of 100 new affordable rental units in Southeast Washington, D.C. in 2006. Jair Lynch and AHD jointly celebrated the grand opening of the Savannah Heights project with a ceremony attended by several District of Columbia government officials who played key roles in financing this all-affordable rental project.
