Property Information

Jair Lynch served as development manager for the design and construction of a 40,000 square foot addition to the Friendship Southeast Elementary Academy, a Friendship Public Charter School located in the Congress Heights neighborhood of Southeast Washington D.C. The addition was completed to accommodate approximately 550 students in grades K-6. It remained open during construction of the addition, which was completed in August 2007 in time for the beginning of the 2007-2008 school year. Amenities include a full-service kitchen, cafeteria, administrative offices, additional classrooms, a SmartLab, library, and gymnasium.
