As an Asset Manager at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Ms. Rowland is tasked with overseeing a substantial portfolio comprising more than 2,600 units, encompassing a diverse mix of naturally occurring affordable and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing. Her core responsibilities revolve around optimizing the operational performance of her portfolio, with a focus on revenue maximization, expense control, effective capital project execution, asset-level reporting, and nurturing investor relationships.
Ms. Rowland joined the Jair Lynch team in September 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience spanning over 12 years in real estate management. Prior to her role at Jair Lynch, she successfully managed Class A multifamily residential assets within the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore markets as part of Bozzuto Management. Her role entailed overseeing leasing activities, financial performance, and day-to-day operational functions. Notably, Ms. Rowland possesses extensive experience in managing both newly developed assets and handling intricate financial transactions for stabilized properties.
