Dylan J. Faitell

Bio

As Senior Manager of Acquisitions, Mr. Faitell supports all aspects of the firm’s business development platform. His responsibilities include deal sourcing, site & financial analysis, underwriting, transaction structuring & negotiation, and due diligence of both acquisition and development opportunities across all asset classes. Mr. Faitell reports directly to the Director of Acquisitions and regularly interfaces with the firm’s internal leadership, capital partners, and investors.

Prior to joining Jair Lynch in 2022, Mr. Faitell spent over 6 years at CRC Companies (fka Clark Realty Capital), where he led projects through all aspects of the development cycle, including acquisitions, entitlements, design, permitting, finance, and construction. While at CRC, he managed over 2,000,000 SF and $1.5 billion of development pipeline across various stages of the process. Mr. Faitell holds a B.A. from Duke University.
