Bio

Mr. Shade is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of executive-level experience in driving significant corporate initiatives. His expertise lies in transformative activities such as designing and implementing operating models, business process reengineering, strategic planning, operational excellence, and supply chain optimization. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Jair Lynch, he oversees several key departments and plays a pivotal role in executing strategic priorities.

Before joining Jair Lynch, Mr. Shade worked as a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), leading transformative initiatives for diverse clients and spearheading business development efforts. Notable achievements include transforming the operating system for a large Federal Government Defense Contractor and executing business strategies for a Federal Government Defense Agency program.

Prior to BCG, Mr. Shade held key roles at Ernst & Young (EY), where he led agency transformation and performance improvement engagements in Federal organizations. He is a versatile leader with experience in guiding companies through strategy execution, operational excellence, and logistics management, holding a master’s degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and dual bachelor’s degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and Morehouse College.
