Bio

Eroncia M. Nelson is In-House Counsel for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners. Ms. Nelson serves as the company’s legal advisor for corporate matters, including corporate governance and structuring, corporate compliance, third-party commercial and service contracts, general business transactions, and debt and finance matters. Ms. Nelson also advises and assists various departments across the company including asset management, development services, investments and acquisitions.

Since joining Jair Lynch in 2022, Ms. Nelson has facilitated refinance opportunities for the attainable portfolio, assisted with commercial retail leasing opportunities and commercial leases, negotiated and drafted various property management agreements and third-party service contracts, advised and structured development services contracts and fee arrangements, and supported the overall legal needs of Jair Lynch’s portfolio.

Before joining Jair Lynch, Ms. Nelson’s practice was centered around corporate law with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general business transactions. In 2022, Ms. Nelson was an honoree of Top 40 Under 40 by the National Black Lawyers. Ms. Nelson was also a GIVE Fellow (Class of 2021) with Business Volunteers Maryland. Ms. Nelson currently serves on the Board of Directors for Banner Neighborhoods Community Corporation, a non-profit committed to supporting the residents of east Baltimore through programs for youth and older adults.
