J. Reid Glennie

Bio

Mr. Glennie is the Director of Construction at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners. Mr. Glennie is responsible for leading consultant teams and contractors, managing design to budget, from site selection to the construction agreement, and oversees the construction process ensuring project goals are achieved. With over 25 years of general contracting and real estate development experience, Mr. Glennie possess an unparalleled view for the bigger picture while understanding the perspectives of multiple project stakeholders. This ability creates an effective and collaborative environment across Jair Lynch teams, setting the stage for any successful project.

After graduating from Virginia Tech with a civil engineering degree, Mr. Glennie worked with some of the largest general contractors in country on projects for clients which included the Smithsonian Institute, Walt Disney, small to mid-sized local developers, and nationally recognized non-profit organizations. Having moved up the hierarchy within these organizations to an executive-level position, Mr. Glennie joined entrepreneurial development groups in the Washington DC marketplace where he applied valuable construction lessons to the development arena. In total, his portfolio exceeds $1B and over 2,000,000 sf.
