Nicole Wogu is an Investment Associate at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners and a seasoned property management professional. In her role, she supports the asset and investment management teams in executing projects to ensure they meet business plan objectives, stay on schedule, stay within budget, and meet return metrics.
Before joining Jair Lynch, Nicole worked as a Property Manager at Bozzuto Management Company for over five years, gaining valuable experience in property management. She also has a strong background in hospitality, having worked as an Event Sales Assistant at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, and as a Special Events Coordinator at Lakewood Country Club.
