Radhika C. Mohan
Senior Development Associate
Ms. Mohan is a Senior Development Associate at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners and a skilled community development professional with over 10 years of experience in program/project management, urban planning, community development, economic development, and team management. Prior to joining Jair Lynch, she was Director of the Equitable Housing Solutions team at Enterprise Advisors, the mission-based consultancy of the nationally recognized housing organization, Enterprise Community Partners. In this role, she led the development of housing tools and strategies to increase housing affordability across communities throughout the country.
Ms. Mohan also spent several years as a Principal Planner for the City of Alexandria, Virginia where she led complex neighborhood planning and development projects including the Eisenhower West Small Area Plan, City Strategic Plan, the Virginia Tech Innovation Campus, the Mount Vernon Avenue Plans Update, and the drafting and implementation of the City’s first affordable housing zone. Additionally, she was a Senior Program Manager at the Mayors’ Institute on City Design where she worked with over 100 mayors and design professionals across the country on urban planning challenges.
Ms. Mohan holds a Bachelor of Science in architecture from the University of Minnesota and Masters degrees in landscape architecture and city and regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, she serves on the board of DC Central Kitchen, a local nonprofit that provides hands-on culinary job training for individuals facing high barriers to employment while creating living wage jobs and bringing nutritious, dignified food where it is most needed. She also enjoys spending time running outdoors with friends and trying out new recipes on her husband and two young daughters.
