Bio

As Investment Associate for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Sam is responsible for underwriting transactions, performing market research, conducting due diligence, preparing investment committee memoranda, and interfacing with capital partners on new and existing projects.

Prior to joining Jair Lynch in 2024, Sam worked at S3 Capital, a leading real estate credit platform in New York. Sam was a key member of the investment team that underwrote, closed, and managed a portfolio of 150+ loans across $2B+ in committed capital. Before his time at S3, Sam attended Emory University where he graduated with high distinction, earning membership to the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.
