As Office Operations Manager, Ms. Doswell’s responsibilities include managing the firm’s scheduling commitments including travel, logistics, and executive leadership schedules. Ms. Doswell is an integral member of the Jair Lynch team and leads the Jair Lynch Culture Committee to manage, plan, and host team-building activities to foster strong bonds between teammates, promote best practices of communication and collaboration, and organize employee recognition celebrations. She assists in all administrative functions of the firm.
Ms. Doswell brings to the team over 20 years of experience in management roles across retail and property management. Her previous experience in property management became a gateway to her interest in commercial development.
