As a Senior Investment Associate at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Mr. Murphy is instrumental in managing key project components and boosting the investment performance of projects across their lifecycle. His duties include financial modeling, securing necessary debt and capital resources, and ensuring compliance with lender and equity requirements.

Before joining Jair Lynch, Mr. Murphy excelled as an Underwriter within CBRE’s esteemed Affordable Housing – Debt & Structured Finance team. There, he skillfully underwrote 155 transactions, amounting to $2.6 billion in loan proceeds. His expertise covered a broad spectrum of financial arrangements, including acquisitions, refinances, supplementals, assumptions, transfers, and credit facilities, utilizing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Bridge executions. Mr. Murphy’s notable clientele includes leading institutions like Blackstone, Starwood, Fairfield, and Jair Lynch, showcasing his exceptional ability to structure and manage intricate financing deals.
