Bio
As Development Associate, Mr. Bracey is responsible for evaluating land opportunities for ground up development, managing project due diligence, project budgeting, and analyzing historical data to assess construction trends.
Prior to joining Jair Lynch at the start of 2022, Mr. Bracey worked in land acquisition with Meritage Homes where he led due diligence for land development, bringing over 1300 single family units through corporate approval in six months. Brian Bracey obtained his Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama. Before pivoting to real estate, he served as a Project Engineer with Proterra where he led product development, process improvement, and manufacturing.
