Jumigli M. Silva

Bio

Ms. Silva is the Corporate Controller for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners and has almost twenty years of experience managing corporate and project accounting with commercial real estate development firms. Ms. Silva is responsible for maintaining internal controls, financial integrity and all corporate accounting functions of Jair Lynch. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, audit processes and regulatory compliance for investor and partner agreements.

Ms. Silva holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from el Universidad Fermin Toro in Venezuela and a Masters degree in accounting systems from Strayer University. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with family and unwinding with a new show or movie.
