Caitlin N. Wilson

Bio

As the Senior Accountant, Ms. Wilson is responsible for the preparation and analysis of all operating entity financials in accordance with investor and/or lender deadlines. She also serves as the primary liaison to third-party property management companies. In addition, Ms. Wilson is responsible for the oversight and production of monthly capital calls and distributions for the firm’s investors and partners. Ms. Wilson works alongside the Asset Management and Development teams to produce accounting information, draw packages, and financial modeling.

Ms. Wilson brings to the Jair Lynch team 8 years of financial experience specific to the commercial real estate realm. Her prior experience covers a broad range of residential real estate types from mobile home communities to luxury apartment communities and nearly everything in between.
