Jair Lynch Welcomes JoAnn Rathbun as Senior Director of Asset Management 

Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of JoAnn Rathbun as Senior Director of Asset Management. 

Jo brings more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience spanning private equity, mortgage asset management, and renewable energy. Her background includes managing investments across multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use, hotel, industrial, and solar assets nationwide.

Prior to joining Jair Lynch, Jo served as Director of Renewable Energy & Office Asset Management at Bridge Investment Group / Bridge Renewable Energy, where she oversaw asset management and COO functions for a $73 million renewable energy portfolio. She led efforts in solar and battery project development, construction management, and regulatory compliance. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at Mack Real Estate Group, managing a $9.7 billion high-risk senior and mezzanine debt portfolio, and at JER Partners and Jamestown Properties, where she led acquisitions, asset repositioning, and complex loan structures across portfolios valued up to $750 million.

Outside of her professional work, Jo is an active volunteer with Grate Patrol and Wounded Warriors. She is also an accomplished triathlete, former field hockey athlete, and a past member of the University of Vermont Symphony Orchestra.

Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Vermont, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a licensed CPA. We are excited to welcome her experience and leadership to the team.
