Jair Lynch Team Joins Casey Trees for Arbor Day Tree Planting Volunteer Event

Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners was honored to participate in the Casey Trees Arbor Day tree planting volunteer event on Friday, April 28th, at the Takoma Recreation Center. As a community-focused real estate company, Jair Lynch recognizes the importance of giving back to the communities in which we work and live, and this event was a perfect opportunity to do so. 

Over 40 volunteers from local businesses and the general public showed up to help plant over 46 trees throughout the park, with eight of those trees being planted by Jair Lynch team members. We were grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside the Casey Trees organization and to play a small part in enhancing the natural beauty of our community. 

Casey Trees is a nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C., dedicated to restoring, enhancing, and protecting the tree canopy of the nation’s capital. They provide education, training, and resources to help communities plant and care for trees and advocate for the protection and preservation of D.C.’s trees. 

It was particularly meaningful for our team to participate in this event at the Takoma Recreation Center, where Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners had previously developed the adjacent pool at the Takoma Aquatic Center. To come back years later and continue to enhance this space in a different way was a full-circle moment for us. 

We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in this community event and make a positive impact on the environment. Thank you to Casey Trees for organizing the event and providing the tools and supplies necessary for a successful tree planting. We look forward to future opportunities to give back to our community and make a difference.
