Jair Lynch developed the Solea, a unique condominium community located on a parcel formerly owned by the Government of the District of Columbia in the District’s emerging U Street Corridor. The District offered the land value as equity in the deal and in exchange Jair Lynch committed 20% of the project’s units to be affordable for District residents earning between 30 – 120% of the area median income. The project features 56 residential units, three live/work units and three retail condominiums. Solea was certified Gold under the LEED® for Neighborhood Development Pilot Program administered by the U.S. Green Building Council.
