Located East of the River near the Frederick Douglass House National Historic Site, this new 3-story, 46,300 square foot health care center will provide primary care, specialty care, dentistry, psychiatry, and health education to the local community. Jair Lynch acted as the development manager on this project, which broke ground in Q4 2010 and delivered in Q2 2012. The building is certified as LEED® Silver. Funding was provided by the DC Primary Care Association as part of its Medical Homes DC Initiative, a public-private partnership with the Department of Health, as well as the American Recovery Reinvestment Act and the Affordable Care Act Facilities Program.
