David S. Hilde

Bio

As Vice President of Development for Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Mr. Hilde is responsible for providing oversight across the full lifecycle of development projects across the firm. From design and concept to substantial completion and delivery, Mr. Hilde provides oversight and guidance for development teams and consultants while also providing leadership across community engagement activities. Mr. Hilde has over 15 years of real estate experience, primarily focused on the development of multifamily and mixed-use projects across the DC Metro area. He has been involved with various stages of entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and lease-up for over 4,000 multifamily units, 500K SF of office, and 300K square feet of retail.

Prior to joining the Jair Lynch team, Mr. Hilde served as Vice President of Development for Caruthers Companies where he oversaw all development and redevelopment efforts for a family office. He has also worked for JBG Smith Properties, Vornado / Charles E. Smith, Perseus TDC, and Clark Realty Capital (now CRC Companies).
