Flor Orellana is the Director of Human Resources at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, where she drives strategic HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture, attract top talent, and support organizational growth. With a proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning, she ensures the company’s people strategies align with its mission.

Previously, Flor was the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at National Real Estate Advisors, where she led recruitment, leadership development, and performance management programs that elevated organizational effectiveness. She has also held key HR roles at Freshly and Food Authority, further honing her expertise in building dynamic and inclusive teams.

A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Human Resource Management from University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez, Flor is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a multicultural perspective to her work.
