Bio
As the Resident Engagement Manager at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Mrs. Rodrigues’s goal is to oversee Jair Lynch’s resident services programming, specifically those offered throughout our attainable housing portfolio. She strives to scale and streamline procedures and programming to promote a rewarding and supportive living experience for residents. Mrs. Rodrigues is responsible for forging productive working relationships with Jair Lynch’s property management partners to provide high-quality resources and enrichment opportunities for residents and their families. These initiatives aim to decrease vacancies and delinquencies, while increasing resident retention and satisfaction.
Mrs. Rodrigues’s prior job experience as a Resident Services Manager for an affordable housing company has allowed her to better understand the dynamic needs of our residents. From childcare to rental assistance, she has worked directly with residents to alleviate hardships and encourage positive growth.
