Howard University Owner’s Advisory & Representation | Myrtilla Miner Building

DCP Wilkinson
Located in Southeast D.C., 2330 Pomeroy Rd SE is a two-phased renovation project for the DC Prep Charter Middle and Elementary Schools that looks to fill the educational divide in the District by targeting and providing underserved communities with the academic preparation and character-building to succeed in competitive higher learning environments.

KIPP DC: Public Charter School, Yuma Campus
Jair Lynch serves as the development manager for the design and redevelopment of the District-owned Ferebee Hope campus. The project will replace the existing 10-acre campus with a 20,000 square foot modern recreation center, a 110,000 square foot high school, surface parking, football field with a running track, a baseball diamond, and a community garden. Delivery of the rec center is summer 2021 and delivery of the high school is the first quarter of 2022.

KIPP DC: Public Charter School, MC Terrell Campus
Property Information Jair Lynch serves as the development manager for the design and development of an additional school building to KIPP DC’s MC Terrell Campus. KIPP DC: Public Charter School, Benning Campus
Property Information Jair Lynch serves as the development manager for the design and development of an additional school building to KIPP DC’s Benning Road Campus. The project includes a 30,000 square foot addition with two levels of underground parking and 10,000 square feet of additional exterior play space. Delivered July 2021.

Tree of Life Public Charter School
Property Information Jair Lynch provided development management services to renovate a 27,500 square foot warehouse building for use by the Tree of Life Public Charter School in Northeast Washington, D.C. This facility houses classrooms, a library, and a computer lab. The design-build project was completed in early 2006. Property News

Maya Angelou Public Charter School
Property Information Jair Lynch serves as development manager and financial advisory for the design and redevelopment of a former DC Public School for the See Forever Foundation’s Maya Public Charter School Campus and adult learning center.
