Ligia D. Decaro

Bio

Ms. Decaro, as a Senior Accountant, is responsible for the preparation, compilation, and analysis of financial reporting for all firm development and operating projects. She is the primary liaison to third-party property management companies and is responsible for the evaluation and review of all property management financial packages. Ms. Decaro works alongside the Asset Management and Development teams to produce crucial accounting information, draw packages, and updated financial models. She provides high-level support to the Corporate Controller in the management of all financial activities for Jair Lynch.
