Mr. Springer is the Director of Project Management at Jair Lynch, where he plays a pivotal role in leading and executing capital projects across the portfolio. In this capacity, he ensures strict adherence to business plan objectives, program requirements, schedules, and budgetary goals. His responsibilities encompass overseeing all facets of the project lifecycle, from initial due diligence and design to construction, warranty, and ongoing operations.

With a distinguished background that began with an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he served as a Combat Engineer, Mr. Springer brings a wealth of experience and leadership to his role. His military service earned him recognition through a Letter of Appreciation and an Army Achievement Medal.

Prior to joining Jair Lynch, Mr. Springer held key leadership positions in the real estate and engineering sectors, including roles as Sr. Portfolio Engineer at Transwestern, where he received the prestigious “Engineer of the Year” Award in 2023, and as Project Executive for prominent firms such as Colliers International and Grubb & Ellis. His operational and project management expertise, combined with his affiliations with professional organizations like BOMA, USGBC, and PMI, make him an invaluable asset to Jair Lynch.
